What are your hours of operation?
BamBoo Car Wash is open Monday through Saturday from 7AM to 8PM and Sunday from 8AM to 8PM. We will start closing an hour earlier in October.
How do I purchase/cancel my membership?
Customers can purchase or cancel memberships by accessing MyWash or stopping by the location.
How do I use my membership?
Members can access the car wash by coming through one of our gates. As you enter the gate area, our license plate scanners will recognize your plate and let you access the wash.
How do I transfer my membership to my new license plate?
Members can transfer their membership to a new plate either on MyWash or at our location with the service of an attendant.
